The Miss Romania United States Organization proudly presents its Second Annual Miss Romania United States Beauty Pageant, scheduled to take place on June 20th and 22nd in Chicago, IL.

The first night, June 20th, the contestants will appear at the Romanian Social Hall, 4225 N Central Ave in Chicago and will be part of an Ethnic Night. In front of the Judges for the first time, the contestants will present a fashion show of Romanian traditional costumes and will share with Romanian and American guests an evening of Romanian tradition, culture, food and dance.

The second night, June 22nd, is scheduled to take place at the Copernicus Theatre, one of the first and most prestigious theatres in Chicago. Over 2,000 guests will be hosted by the well known Romanian TV show host, Dan Negru form Antena 1, Romania and Ligia Florescu, local actress and future TV anchor for the Romanian TV in Chicago.

She started at the age of 13 when she participated at the Ploaia de Stele where she won the Popular Vote. Then she went on to perform in Chicago and New York. Canto lessons and lots of work have landed her gigs throughout Chicago and now she will entertain the crowd with an exclusive performance produced by Tutto Bene Entertainment.

Accompanied by the Nicu Feraru Band Ruxandra will perform songs from Maria Tanase's repertoire. Come and meet Ruxandra on June 20th at the Romanian Social Hall.

On Sunday, June 22nd, alongside with one of her composers, Dan Andrei, Ruxandra will have a live performance covering a few of the most beloved pop songs in the industry.
